Noticing major improvements and its only been 5 days
We adopted a 8 month old dog who needless to say has more energy than he knows what to do with. It was really a struggle at first walking him on the leash, to the point where it was not even really enjoyable untangling him and myself. I ordered this book and recall clicker and got to work with him the day it came in! The book is a pretty easy read and does a great job addressing some of the different issues causing unwanted behavior / how to correct it! I find myself keep going back and referencing different sections as we get the little guy all trained up. With the clicker, some reward ideas and daily consistency we can no walk on leash just about anywhere without getting pulled and without spending the entire time fighting my dog. Its made such a difference that I just wish I ordered it earlier!
